I’ve lived in Wellington for 8 years and am very experienced with housesitting and caring for beloved animals. I receive repeat requests from dog and cat owners and am great with plants as well. I’m also attentive to the home itself and keep it clean and thriving.
I enjoy housesitting as a mutual exchange, and I take every commitment I make very seriously. Homeowners can expect me to treat their home with great care and respect. Homeowners can also expect me to be responsible and loving with their pets. I know that pets thrive on a loving, consistent routine. That means plenty of play and affection, as well as continuing the routines and habits set by the owners. I am working contracts/part-time and can mind animals during the day.
I’m currently completing a month-long housesit for a former colleague, and will post their reference when they return. I decided to go back to housesitting after a period of flatting because I will be returning to some volunteer work overseas later this year. Your housesit will help my plan to do more unpaid work supporting refugees. I appreciate what this mutual exchange enables in our lives.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have or talk over the phone so you can know a bit more about me. Ng? mini mahana.
