I am a non-smoking 43–year-old policy advisor at the NZTA. I have returned to New Zealand from 16 years of living and travelling the world, and am currently finishing off a Master degree in Public Policy. I am a sensible, trustworthy and responsible person. I enjoy doing art, reading, cooking, silversmithing, watching films, and watching live music. I love being outdoors and going for walks and hikes.
I have extensive house and pet sitting experience in Wellington - I have house sat for many friends, colleagues from work, and through word-of-mouth since returning from overseas. I am currently saving for a deposit for a house, and house/pet sitting is a fantastic way to do this.
I absolutely adore animals and treat an owner’s pet as my own. I have administered medication for some pets, including pills and steroids for ear problems, so health issues are something I can manage. I have no health issues and enjoy exercising, so walking your dog is something I look forward to.
As the house owner, you can expect to return to a lovely clean home and a happy, relaxed pet. I will treat your home as if it was my own, and take the responsibility of caring for pets seriously. I like to send photo messages of your beloved furry friend enjoying a cuddle or time out at the beach, so you can see they are safe and can relax and enjoy your break. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
