Newly retired Grew up on a farm so was used to (3)dogs from a very young age and we had a cat too. We had 150 cows a few sheep and 40 odd chocks as well. My grandmother supplied the local shop and she also keeps bees! My main interests are modern history and modern architecture and vintage engineering (cars aircraft trains and radios). Sold house in Takapuna and given away almost all my possessions. Intend to travel for the next 8 or 9 years including spending time with my wife in Melbourne. Just spending this summer 2025 here and looking at travelling in NZ, staying in campgrounds etc in my old Toyota. Have house sat for friends and relatives in the past. Looked after my cousins house in England in 2024 for a month while he was in NZ. I was a landlord for 20 years so know how to take care of other peoples houses. When children were young had cats, fish, birds and lots of plants Also have experience with rabbits and with dogs. Would prefer a longer sit and I am very flexible with location. For the past 10 years, I've been a healthcare assistance at a number of retirement villages in the Wellington region. Hi, my name is Tammy. ***Recent update*** I am currently studying a Certificate in Animal Management - Canine Behaviour and Training at Unitec in Auckland. It is a yearlong course exploring dog behaviour and welfare. It’s partly online, partly in person and consists of work experience in shelters, doggie daycares and one-on-one sessions with dog trainers. Prior to studying, I have been a freelance copywriter working in the advertising industry for over 20 years. When contracting, I work from home, but occasionally need to be in the office for meetings. So while house sitting, I can be with your pets during the day as much as possible. I have previously lived in Sydney and came back to NZ in 2016. Since then I've worked in both Auckland and Wellington and spent a lot of time in Taranaki, which is where I grew up. I am happy to travel around, my base is between Taranaki and Auckland for now, but it's easy for me to travel to where your pets are if the timing works out. I have been house sitting now for over 4 years, and this actually led me to pursue potentially changing careers to be a dog trainer (or wherever my course may take me). I have volunteered at the SPCA, working with and managing rescues – both dogs and cats. I have had work experience at doggie day cares coming across all types of dogs; big, small, young, old, boisterous and fiercely independent. And have been fortunate enough to shadow a well-established dog trainer who works with animals and owners one-one-one to teach new behaviours for a better adjusted family dog. I am familiar with giving Ventolin through a spacer and oral medication for dogs, eye drops, supplements and any type of medication needed – most recently giving an elderly cat an insulin injection for diabetes twice a day. If you take me on as a house sitter I will always respect your space and personal belongings and I'll always do my best for you and your pets. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and taking care of your home whilst you are away.

We are a friendly, quiet couple, non-smokers, who have travelled extensively both nationally and internationally so as to discover the beauty and complexity of this country and overseas, whilst caring for your home and pets. We are currently based at our home in Auckland, but are ready to travel whenever the opportunity arises. About us: David spent much of his early years on a farm in Matamata, before moving with his family to Auckland. He has worked for Air New Zealand, and its predecessor NAC, for many years as an airline pilot, both short and long haul and is now retired. David is involved in IT support for a couple of charity groups, which can be carried out anywhere there is internet connection. We do not need much internet - its mostly offline work. Adrienne, also retired, has worked as a nurse, teaching assistant and caregiver. She is a keen gardener and loves walking, crafts and reading. We are enjoying this next phase of life, exploring other parts of this beautiful country, and beyond. We recently chose to spend a year in the beautiful Bay of Plenty and then a year based in Christchurch. Now we have returned to Northern parts where we are continuing to care for your furred, finned and feathered families. Our gorgeous bi-colour ragdoll cat is no longer with us, leaving us free to care for your home and pets. We love pets and have significant experience caring for cats, dogs of various sizes and ages, and chooks, goats, sheep, cows, fish and birds. Even, on one occasion, an axolotl! I am a full time Mum (with a background in Event Management), my husband owns his own building company. Our reasons for wanting to house sit are two fold. 1) For opportunities to stay in or near Auckland for longer term visits to see our family who we really miss and 2) We absolutely love exploring our beautiful country, but as living costs increase it's becoming harder and harder to have holidays away. We usually stay in air bnbs, but house sitting would help us out immensely. We are home owners in Wanganui and we have also extensively used air bnbs to take our girls on mini breaks away. All our reviews from staying in different homes have been A+. We also personally keep a very tidy, organised, clean home in Wanganui. Although we don't own a lot of pets (currently one cat), we love animals and plan to one day foster or rescue a dog! We are very caring by nature and very frequently visit friends farms in Wanganui who have a wide range of pets/farm animals which our girls love to experience. Sometimes myself and the girls would house sit, other times my husband would also join us (depending when the visiting falls in the calendar as my husband is a full time builder so can't always join us on school holidays). Homeowners can expect honest, reliable, communicative, kind sitters from the Singleton family. Our girls are also very respectful and tidy and absolutely love nothing more than 'playing house' when we go on holiday. I believe this would be replicated if we were to house sit. We are a recently retired couple who enjoy seeing different parts of New Zealand. House sitting would enable us to experience being part of the community and seeing more of the real New Zealand (instead of staying in anonymous Motels). We have had many adventures including walking the backcountry several times, but with age feel it's time to hang up the tramping boots and concentrate on more urban areas. Now we have a classic car and enjoy driving with other enthusiasts exploring some back roads on rallies and displaying the vehicle at car shows. We don't have a pet of our own as it would be unfair to leave them at home alone while we travel and so get our fix interacting with other peoples pets. In the past we have experienced house sitting, mostly friends or friends of friends, who have precious fur babies who they couldn't bear to put into kennels/catteries due to an earlier bad experience or being elderly and needing extra care. Being house owners ourselves we understand the need to keep the house and section to the same standard as it was left. We are both physically fit and have no problem if your dog loves long walks.

We are a semi-retired couple who like to take breaks away from our busy life in Raglan. I have various volunteer roles here, plus grandchildren, and Robin is a trauma therapist working from home - he retired from a medical career in 2020. We have used house sitters for our own home when we used to travel overseas for work and appreciated the security it gave us while we were away, knowing that our home and pets would be lovingly cared for. I am a very fit and active retiree. I left the workforce eight years ago to travel to various parts of the world, including some of NZ which I hadn’t yet been to. I have been involved in sport all my life and interested in organics and sustainabilities for many years, so decided to become a Woofer (Willing Worker On Organic Farms). I have thoroughly enjoyed all my placements in NZ, Australia, USA and Portugal. I have visited places and met people that I would never had the chance as a tourist and learnt about growing fruits, vegetables and raising animals in an totally organic and sustainable manner. I have looked after many animals and learnt how to give back to the land for future harvests. Six years ago in 2018 I bought a lifestyle property in the Far North, so have not been able to travel as much, or house sit as I used to, while working hard on my land. Now however I have more spare time, & look forward to being able to travel in NZ. I currently work on my orchard of 100+ trees of every description imaginable, & 4 large vegetable plots. I farm totally organically, eat in season, & am self sufficient(++) with fruit, vegetables & eggs from my 5 chickens. I am able to swap my excesses for milk, meat, cheese & bread! I feel very fortunate. I also have extra acreage which I use for growing grass, (local farmer makes hay in summer). I have also done two caminos (long walks) in both France, and Portugal into Spain. These were 750 and 700km respectively, in 2014 & 2017. My most recent was from Lisbon, Portugal to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. I have been a proud homeowner since 1980. As a house sitter, you will have someone with old fashion values of care & respect for your property, a good work ethic, totally reliable & honest. As for pets, when my children were growing up, we had a Staffordshire bull terrier, rabbits, cats, cockatiel and baby goats. Currently I have 5 chickens. While woofing I have looked after lots of dogs, cats, goats (learnt to milk), chickens, ducks, pigs, cows, and loved all those times. My woofing hosts would sometimes leave me to house sit at weekends, or in one case, for 10 days when an unavoidable event happened. On that occasion I looked after a small farmlet of goats, cows chickens, vegetable garden, orchard....the entire property. I loved the challenge and was totally equal to the task of overall management. I love outdoors work. Obviously I enjoy walking, so dogs love me for their twice daily long walks. After working for three years in the semiconductor industry, I decided to take a year off overseas. There was no better country than New Zealand, as I planned to walk the Te Araroa Trail. I enjoy house-sitting - helping others, particularly with pets and garden so that they feel better about being away from home. I have been house-sitting, almost continuously since January 2023. So far, no problems with any of the pets! Walking dogs and throwing ball for them - especially the large ones. Cats usually end up on the bed (at my feet) I really don't mind. I see this as assisting owners while they are away so they do not have some of the problems (and costs) of boarding for their pets. Cats, dogs (including walks), birds, chooks, fish (also lamas and even rats) - all OK. Prepared to handle others as well as long as it is not too difficult. I am honest, trustworthy and loyal but the real expectation is that I will deal confidently and lovingly for your pets (and garden, if required). As far as possible, all actions will be based on the Terms and Conditions of the agreement, with the full understanding that where decisions need to be made in a hurry, these can only be based on expectations of a reasonable person under the circumstances. I only need a comfortable bed and the essential cooking facilities. Preferably uncapped internet - not that I watch movies but sometimes it is easier to use TV streaming if 'walkies' coincides with a program that I might like to watch. As a teenager I was a foreign exchange student, and as a college student I resided in girls residencies, so I could say I've had practice in terms of following people's household rules. It's not a problem for me to adjust to the needs a family, house and pets might have under my watch. I have no doubt I could care for your home as if it were my own with the gratitude of being able to reside in it. I'm extremely clean and organized, and make the place around me to fit that criteria. You can count on having your house cared after as if you would be there. When it comes to pets, I'm a pet lover, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and I've been through many situations with them, including hospitalization and short term treatment medication, so I consider myself to be able to respond correctly in case of emergency, I'm knowledgable in dog behaviors and could catch anything out of the ordinary and report it to you for your peace of mind. My dogs are under an organic meal routine so I meal prep for them, and walk them 60 to 90 minutes per day, so I'm use to following a routine for them. Cats on the other hand are more independent so they just play in our backyard or sleep. I've had pets since I was a child so I feel it just comes natural to me to care for them. I think of my pet as my own children therefore the love and respect I have for them is as if they were human beings. You can be certain that your pets will be taken care of with love and respect. I'm currently housesitting my sister's house and her dog Leon, a 4-year old moodle. Among other experiences: In march I housesat my sister’s friend house in the Gold Coast for a week, caring for the house and her dog Cruiser, a 7-years old American bully. I have housesat my uncle's house two summers when he would go on vacation, caring for the house and Chuni and Chunita, his 2 pitbulls. I have also housesat my former in-laws house and their dog, 2 summers ago, Neri a 4 year-old Schnautzer, and Charlie a 2 year-old dachshund. I have never cared for somebody else's cat but I'm confident that nothing should go wrong, cats usually like me and cuddle with me whenever I'm at cat owner's houses. I have been the proud owner of 5 rescue Old English Sheepdogs.. not all at the same time !!!! so I know about grooming. My last dog Boomer was 116lbs, (52.5kg) a big strong boy and the light of our lives. In 2020 we started to foster dogs brought up from Texas from the "high kill" pounds. Copper was our first, A Walker Coon Hound... never heard of them before and what a delight with his howl. I will leave your home as you left it though I do enjoy gardening and cleaning windows... My hobbies are reading, walking, knitting and TV..... I am a friendly person. get on with most people, I am the listener not the talker... I grew up in UK, came to NZ and then followed my son to Canada. Just went for a holiday and met my husband, tore up my ticket and stayed put for 19 years....... I consider NZ home..... We have many years experience in looking after property maintenance, administration, dealing with a wide range of people (guest liaison and service care) at three different retreat/conference centres. My aim is to enjoy my retirement by experiencing new places and meeting new people. House sitting is a wonderful way to achieve the above in a win-win situation. I love the animals and the outdoors. I am a retired GP and I know how precious life is. I used to have cats and dogs and a couple of turtles when I was younger and I loved them dearly. I remember a pair of Doberman puppies, Linda and Max. I "saved" them from their mother who had too many babies to be able to feed them properly. They were 5 days old and I bottle fed them and looked after them until they were 4-5 months old. Linda went to another owner and I wanted to keep Max, but alas, one day he disappeared from my parents' well fenced garden. Then I had Jimmy (it was during Jimmy Carter's time). I found him on the street. He was a naughty boy and used to ruin everything around the house including our neighbors' washings and other belongings. He was adopted by a family who lived in the country side. A cat I found on the steps in front of my apartment, a couple of turtles that grew up nicely in our flat. When I bought a village house with a big garden about 4 years ago, it came with Athos, a Romanian shepherd dog who had established his headquarters on this property. Nobody knew exactly how old he was. They only knew that he was left behind by his flock more than 16 years ago (see photo). And now a bit more about myself as your house sitter. I will keep your house tidy and clean, I like to be punctual and keep my word, I am open and friendly. Other hobbies that I might entertain while house sitting beside looking after your pets could be reading, handcraft, learning Japanese, walking and gardening as needed. In the past we have owned a small lifestyle block on which we ran dry stock, raised calves, tendered to our chickens. Our black Labrador, Luke enjoyed farm life along with his pal Smoky our cat which out lived him by reaching the grand age of 18. Presently we are pet free due to a clause we have in a crosslease agreement forbidding animals. However we frequently look after our daughters family dog Mia an anxious Labradoodle and a frisky cat called Misty. Allan: retired teacher, and Jenny: retired pharmacist and administrator. We are an active retired couple, reliable and trustworthy, involved with several of our local community groups and activities. We lived and worked in Christchurch for 22 years, then moved to Papamoa 11 years ago. Allan's parents were dairy farmers, and he loved farm life. He is an enthusiastic golfer and gardener, a Justice of the Peace, and volunteers for the Papamoa Community patrol. Jenny is also a keen gardener, enjoys an exercise/social group, has volunteered for many years at Good Neighbour Food Rescue, and loves being involved with a Music and Movement group for preschoolers and their Mums. We both belong to a PrimeTimers group, and are also rostered on for several roles at our church. We have owned our own home for most of our 51 years of marriage, and have always taken pride in keeping both house and garden tidy and well maintained. We are genuine animal lovers and have had our own pets, mostly rescue dogs, for all of that time. Also, as our sons were growing up - a cockatiel, a black-hooded rat, and 2 goldfish! We have also looked after a neighbour's diabetic cat when they were frequently away, including giving daily insulin injections and special diabetic food requirements. After our last elderly dog passed away 8 years ago, we really missed having a dog in our home, so became approved volunteer puppy boarders for Blind/Low Vision puppies, and have really enjoyed providing this service. As we have friends and family in Christchurch and various parts of the North Island, we would love to house sit when we travel to those areas, as well as when we explore new areas that we haven't yet been to. We really hope that you will contact us so that we can look after your home as though it were our own and give your pets the best possible TLC. Two weeks in 2013. was in Great Barrier Island, another friend who runs a retreat center called Wai Ora set on Medlands beach, this involved, keeping an eye on solar power system, security, garden, compost and the cat! Two weeks 2014. Other times in Auckland, while a friend visited UK, collected mail, fed cat, clean house, water plants, this lasted five weeks. At present restoring a colonial house in Leigh area, caring for cats, little goats, chickens and a dog, since then work has stopped. My latest Housesit was in Western Springs for ten days, the ginger cat Lucy had a stroke so needed a lot of care. Lucy loved to sleep on the bed with me, I loved having her close. The other cat Diesel was more independent. My other duties were watering the garden and collecting the mail. Also over the Xmas new year period I went to houses with sole purpose of feeding, patting and caring for four different cats. Also specialise in turtle minding, feeding for my son and his girlfriend. I am an animal lover who is kind and considerate who will care for your pets and house with love. Hi, I am an empty nester, and would love an opportunity to house sit and look after pets. I have raised three children and over the years I have had and have cared for numerous pets. Growing up, my family had a Samoyed dog and two cats. My father was also the local dog walker and I often walked the dogs as well. When I was a stay at home mum,I developed a reputation for being a foster mother for many animals. I have adopted bunnies, guinea pigs and 8 hens from friends who could no longer care for their animals. On top of this, I transformed our 1/4 acre section into a stunning garden and started a tutoring business. When friends went away,I would care for their animals either at their homes or at my home. Once I looked after a rabbit that needed daily injections for eight weeks . Currently, I am a house owner and I have a rental property in Auckland.I also teach full-time at a girls school and am responsible for the learning support department. With the goal of one day retiring outside of Auckland I would love an opportunity to look after someone else’s home and animals and explore other parts of the country. I am in my happy place with animals and nature and I am very fit, energetic and reliable. I enjoy road cycling, walking, yoga and swimming. My day typically starts at 5.30 am with a walk before work and finishes with another walk and sometimes yoga. At weekends, I cycle regularly 50 -70 kms for leisure. Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a 42 year old woman who has been going through cancer treatment this year, thankfully with a positive outcome. I have worked in Education as either and English teacher, a relief teacher and/or tutor for 16 years, and started studying towards becoming a counsellor in 2022. I also have a nearly 21 year old daughter who I raised as a solo mum. I am intending to housesit as I move forward from a challenging year, hopefully to have enjoyable experiences in new places and step outside my comfort zone, and I also hope to save money for travel and for the future. I have had pets since I was a child. We always had cats in our family which have included a girl called cuddles one of her kittens, Garfield, as sweet girl called patch who was white with a couple of black patches and a black tail, and two girls, Mocca, and Cino, the latter who has been my my comfort and support while going through cancer treatment. My daughter and I also had our own cat who found us, who was the biggest smooch, I have known who I miss terribly. My family, growing up also had a golden retriever called, Zoe, and a budgie called Moses, and my daughter and I also had our own budgie called Mika, and we had a couple of fish called Bubbles and Scales when my daughter was younger. Hopefully, this gives you an idea that I have plenty of experiences looking after pets! I have had one experience of housesitting, which was early this year, looking after two male labradoodle puppies, and two cats while the family were overseas for three weeks. There was an issue with the puppies, which I resolved and the couple were thankful for how things were handled. I looked after their greenhouse during this period which required a lot of care. I see being able to live in and look after someone's home as privilege and would endeavour to care for the property how I would wish someone to look after my own. I think a discussion about expectations of what is important to the family is in an important part of that, so that if there are any particular needs or concerns that is clear from the beginning, especially if pets are being looked after. Pets are part of the family, so I would treat them with the love and care they deserve, just like I would with my own.

Kia ora Introduction of who we are, Jen and Don Smart, we live in New Plymouth in our house we built 7;years ago. Both born and bred here but have lived in many places, more recently Wanganui and Wellington. Jen works as an Office Manager, for the last 8 plus years. Don has recently retired and spends his time building and maintenance around the section. Our interests are gymming, biking, walking, swimming, learning Te Reo, volunteer work in Community cafe, listening to music, entertaining and life in general! Jen runs the community cafe and a support group for Motor Neurone We lost our last animal Rimu our cat this year who was 18 years old. Our little dog Maisie died of old age last year at the age of 17yrs. We miss her daily walks and being our 'grandchild' as we don't have any! Over the years we have had many animals as we ran a lifestyle block in Wanganui which had sheep, lambs, cattle, a dexter cow, chooks, a german shepherd, a cat, and not to forget...bees. But being vegetarian none of the animals were killed to be eaten, most died of old age eventually! When we moved back to New Plymouth we had three cats and Maisie the dog. Eventually we will get another cat but shifting early next year so will wait till then. Our reason for house sitting? Our only child, Madeleine, 28 yrs old, has moved back to Wellington and we like to visit often but it's good to have our own space when there. We tend to go for walks and bike rides when we visit and swims at the Freyberg. We did use a b n b a couple of times but felt a bit intrusive. The thought of looking after someone else's pets and have somewhere to stay sounded inviting to us. Plus going forward we would like to spend more time around Aotearoa New Zealand and going forward it might be a rewarding thing to do. Hope this small blurb tells you a bit about us. Hi there, I’m a chef by trade, currently working as a soft landscaper and gardener, with the occasional joy of helping out at a bushcraft school for kids. If your garden needs tending to while you're away, I’d be more than happy to lend a green thumb. At heart, I’m a bit of a homebody, I love pottering around the house, cooking nourishing meals, sewing, crocheting, painting and drawing, and watching a good documentary. I take pride in keeping a home clean, calm, and cared for. I grew up surrounded by animals~ dogs, cats, birds, goats and I’ve always felt deeply connected to them. I’m confident, loving, and attentive with all creatures, big and small. I feel very at home in rural or farm settings and am super comfortable in my own company, often thriving in quieter, more remote places. House sitting has been a natural extension of that for me. I’ve done it a number of times and always enjoy the quiet rhythm of looking after a home, especially when there are animals to care for. I’ve recently moved to Northland and am looking for a peaceful base over winter while I explore the area and consider longer-term living options. We are a responsible, long term, married, retired couple. With more free time at our disposal house sitting becomes an attractive way to be useful to others as well as offering new experiences for us. We have travelled internationally for both business and family overseas, as well as extensively throughout New Zealand, and having lived long spells in Wellington, Auckland and now retired to Bay of Plenty. With the family overseas, often our time away has been for up to 3 months, and on those occasions we have had friends and others staying at our home. We know what it is like to make your home available to others who you are familiar with and some who you are not but still have that small apprehension about whether it will be ok. We know how you are feeling making this commitment. We have been long term dog and cat owners, and currently regularly play house parents to a friend's dog. Walking and appropriate exercise is not a problem. Other friends also call on us to house sit and mind their precious moggy, often for longer periods. With golf being a sport that we both enjoy, the opportunity to play courses in your region is an added appeal for house sitting. but also assures you that we are fit and able to walk as far as your pets need. Choosing us to look after your house and pets will give maximum assurance that all will be well cared for, and treated as if they were our own. Go on your holiday and relax and enjoy in the knowledge that everything at home is being well cared for. When we sit for you, your home and pets are our primary concern. We travel specifically for your sit, and make any of our other arrangements fit around the primary focus, which is you. We like to make plans in advance, often months ahead, we only travel by car not campervan, our planning giving you surety of a great sitter and also the knowledge that your sit is sorted. This allows you to focus on all the other good things about going on holiday, and us to sit for other owners as schedules allow.

I'm generally adventurous, I grew up as a farmer's daughter, so I appreciate animals and the environment. I have two adult children, one nearby in New Plymouth and the other in Australia. I recently returned from Australia where I had one house-sitting position and three woofing placements. My main past times are gardening, riding my electric bike, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Throughout the years I've had numerous significant pets. My first was a calf that I cared for and trained. Because of my fondness for her, my Father kept her until I was seventeen when I went to the Waikato to qualify as a Nurse. Another pet I was particularly fond of was a canary, which sang beautifully and I called him Gusto. Unfortunately, he died during covid. More recently I had a stray cat that determinedly made herself home with me. Pets are great companions and I appreciate them very much. I began house-sitting before retirement, and have cared for cats and dogs, plus a few sheep and a donkey. These situations have been for family, friends, and acquaintances for periods of almost a week to a month.

I was born in Christchurch. I lived 26 yrs in NZ and now 40+ in California. I go home to NZ once or twice a year. I have just said goodby to my 15 year old Mini Pinscher that I rescued at 1yr old. He was very active and we walked twice a day. I volunteered for the Golden Retriever rescue for 6 years interviewing adopters, walking the goldens, and picking up very frightened golden's from shelters to bring into our rescue. I have always had a cat, the biggest love of them was 19 when he passed on. I have a 5 yr old rescue black cat. I also grew up with chooks. I am a competent horse rider and will consider looking after most animals. Would love to throw on my gum boots and head out to the paddock to cover a horse or move an animal to another paddock. I am a Scottish country dancer and like to walk, garden, read and knit. I am willing to go anywhere in NZ and would prefer a rural setting. I am looking forward to my next trip to be a Kiwi for a few months this year from early Sept 2025 - Jan 2026.

Hi I’m Bernadette. Ive recently sold my large property in Tauranga after 15 years there. I was an Airbnb super host for the last 5 years so used to holding a high standard in all areas. I’m also trained in horticulture, established an extensive home orchard with vegetable crops, was regularly involved in the local cropswap and worked as a part time gardener. I love to create colourful inspiring landscapes and enjoy all things nature. Some other hobbies are art, yoga, dance, cooking ,learning, meditating, experiencing different cultures and solo travel. I’m looking to re establish myself in waikato/bop have bought a small motor home and happy to move around a bit getting to know the areas and may eventually buy another home, so meanwhile I’m free to be of service to you, have no between house sit accommodation concerns and can even bring my own bedroom and supplies. I’ll be developing online work opportunities and at this stage have plenty of free time to spend with your beloved pets and any other requirements you may have. I’m mature, but young at heart, good at organising and decluttering places, very clean and bring good energy to the spaces I live in, naturally peaceful, animals tend to gravitate towards me. I live a simple uncomplicated life which I’m especially enjoying after being on the homeowner slavery wheel for so long, mainly due to my creative projects being rather large, tackling as much as I can myself in DIY world and an expanding capacity for maintenance and staying on top of everything. I've recently been house sitting for ex Airbnb guests, managing 30 chickens and a hungry cat. Hi, my name is Paul Clark and my wife is Meilia. We have been married for 25 years and have three adult children. I have had a lifetime working in Engineering Project Management and am recently retired, though do voluntary work for St John Ambulance (MIST). My wife continues to work and would also house sit with me for part of the time. We have a cat and my children have two dogs who are welcome at our house. I have previously stayed at a friends house and looked after their dog when they went overseas on holiday. I would treat the homeowners house with due respect and privacy entering only areas that were made available to me. I mow lawns, clean toilets and clean up after me and like to live in a tidy space.
